What should I bring to my first class?

Bring athletic clothing, a water bottle, and a positive attitude! If you have your own gloves and hand wraps, please bring those. Otherwise, we have gear available for rent or purchase at the studio.

Do I need to be in shape to start?

Not at all! Big Hit classes are designed for all experience levels. Our coaches will help you pace yourself so you get a great workout regardless of where you are starting from.

How do I book a class?

Classes can be booked directly through our website or via the Big Hit mobile app. We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred time slot.

What is your cancellation policy?

Please cancel any booked sessions at least 12 hours in advance to avoid being charged. This ensures that others on the waitlist have an opportunity to join the class.
