Started a Bitcoin withdrawal from MyStake on Monday morning for 0.24 BTC (around

,200 CAD) and it's still showing "pending" status 72 hours later. This is my first crypto withdrawal from them - been playing their sportsbook for about 6 weeks mostly betting CFL and NHL.

Their support chat said "crypto withdrawals process within 24-48 hours" but we're well past that window. Bitcoin network shows normal confirmation times right now (10-15 minutes average), so it's not a blockchain issue.

Anyone else experienced delays like this with MyStake? Starting to wonder if there's additional verification they need for first-time crypto withdrawals or if 72+ hours is actually normal despite what their FAQ claims.

Had the exact same issue with MyStake back in September - first Bitcoin withdrawal took 96 hours total. Turns out they have an additional security review for crypto withdrawals over

Caught a massive line movement on World Juniors futures this morning. Canada went from +185 to +140 across three books I track, all within a 4-hour window after TSN confirmed Bedard's attending the selection camp December 12-16.

The timing's suspicious - this moved before the official Hockey Canada announcement hit at 11:30 AM ET. Either someone had inside info or the betting public is overreacting to speculation. Sweden stayed flat at +320, USA ticked up slightly from +280 to +295.

For context, Canada's won 3 of the last 5 tournaments, but they've also had early exits in 2019 and 2021 when they were heavily favoured. The +185 felt like fair value considering the roster uncertainty, but +140 might be an overcorrection.

Anyone else tracking these futures? The volume spike suggests this wasn't just recreational money.

,000 CAD equivalent that triggers manually, even though their chat reps don't mention it upfront.

What happened in my case: submitted the withdrawal on a Thursday afternoon, got the standard "24-48 hours" response from support Friday, then radio silence over the weekend. Monday morning I escalated through their complaints email with my transaction ID and account verification documents attached. By Tuesday evening it was approved and hit my wallet within 2 hours.

The frustrating part is their FAQ makes no mention of this manual review threshold. Once you get past your first large crypto withdrawal though, subsequent ones process much faster - usually within 6-12 hours. Keep pushing support with specific timelines and reference their own stated processing windows.

72 hours for a crypto withdrawal is ridiculous in 2024. The whole point of Bitcoin is near-instant settlement once it hits the blockchain. If MyStake can't process withdrawals within their stated timeframe, they shouldn't be advertising those windows.

I'd be questioning whether they actually have the liquidity on hand or if they're using customer deposits to cover operational costs. Legitimate books don't need 3+ days to release funds that should be sitting in segregated wallets.

Tracking withdrawal times across multiple books since January, and here's what I've documented for first-time crypto withdrawals over

K CAD:

MyStake: 48-96 hours (4 data points)
Donbet: 12-24 hours (3 data points)
Tenobet: 6-18 hours (2 data points)

The pattern suggests MyStake has stricter internal compliance checks, possibly related to their Curacao licensing requirements. Their stated "24-48 hours" is definitely misleading for larger amounts. Most other books are more transparent about extended review periods for first withdrawals.

Your 0.24 BTC amount definitely triggers their enhanced verification. I'd recommend sending them a formal complaint citing their advertised processing window and requesting escalation to their payments team directly.

Been through this dance with three different crypto books over the past two years, and MyStake was definitely the slowest on initial withdrawals. Here's what I learned the hard way:

First withdrawal in August 2023 took 84 hours for 0.18 BTC. Spent hours in chat getting the runaround about "technical delays" and "blockchain congestion" - complete nonsense since I could see Bitcoin blocks confirming normally. Finally threatened to file a complaint with their licensing authority and suddenly it was approved within 6 hours.

The real kicker? Second withdrawal three weeks later for 0.31 BTC processed in 14 hours. Same account, same verification status, same Bitcoin address. Clearly their system flags first-time crypto withdrawals for manual review regardless of your account history with fiat methods.

My advice: be persistent but professional with support. Document every interaction with timestamps. If you hit 96 hours, mention filing complaints with both their Curacao license holder and whatever payment processor they use. That usually gets things moving quickly.

For future reference, Donbet has been much more reliable for crypto withdrawals - usually 8-16 hours even for first-time amounts over

K CAD.

72 hours isn't normal but it's not unheard of for MyStake. Usually means you're in their manual review queue. Keep bugging support daily until it moves.

This is exactly why I'm nervous about trying crypto withdrawals! Been sticking to Interac e-transfer because at least I know those timelines, but the fees are killing me on larger amounts.

How do you even know if a book is legitimate with Bitcoin? Like, what happens if they just decide not to pay out? Is there any recourse or are you just out of luck? The whole crypto thing seems risky for someone like me who's still learning the ropes.
