Site went radio silent on my withdrawal — what would you do?

Need a sanity check from the room. Submitted a withdrawal request 9 days ago, 0.018 BTC, to an operator I've played on for six months without issue. Documents on file, KYC verified twice already, nothing weird about the request.

Day 1: "under review." Day 3: live chat says "please be patient." Day 5: live chat goes from 2-minute response to "queue full, try later." Day 7: ticketed support, no reply. Day 9: today. Email goes to autoresponder. Live chat just spins.

Read it again, read every clause — terms say withdrawals processed within 24 hours but "may be subject to security review." Helpful.

What's the play here? Chargeback isn't an option (BTC). I've already screenshot the whole timeline. Considering a public post-mortem if it goes past 14 days. Anyone else been through this?

Been around. Seen it all. The radio-silent phase is when the operator is either (a) waiting for you to give up, or (b) genuinely insolvent and stalling for liquidity. There's no third option.

Steps: 1) Curaçao license complaint form, file it today, takes 10 minutes. 2) Public thread on the major forums, screenshots only, no emotional editorializing. 3) Email the operator's named compliance officer (find them on LinkedIn, they exist). Skip the support queue entirely.

Wake me when the withdrawal clears.

Pete, sorry you're going through this. Grumpy's process is right. Add: if they're Curaçao licensed, the eGaming complaint form actually does carry weight — operators have to respond to formal complaints within 14 days under their license terms. Most won't risk the license over your 0.018 BTC; they'll suddenly find your withdrawal.

Document everything. Timestamps on every chat, every email. If you have to escalate to a public post, the timeline is the story.

Brutal, Pete. Been on the receiving end of one of these once and it took 17 days and three emails to the right person to shake it loose. The operator absolutely had the funds, they just hoped I'd quit. Don't quit. Canadian and proud. Bet smart on the operator next time — sounds like the trust margin on this one is shot.

Detroit checking in. Was in a near-identical spot with FanDuel of all places in March 2024 — different ecosystem, same pattern. "Under review," no replies, eventually a regulator complaint shook it loose. Took 22 days.

The frustrating part is once it clears they act like nothing happened. No apology, no goodwill credit. Just "processed." FanDuel still owes me my dignity from last March.

Pete — methodical response: open a parallel record. Date, time, action taken, response received. Submit Curaçao complaint with attached log. If 14 days passes from your complaint without operator response, escalate to ADR (Curaçao has an alternative dispute resolution mechanism that most players don't know about).

For what it's worth, I've personally had zero withdrawal drama on Cloudbet across about 14 cashouts in the last 8 months. Different operator entirely, similar BTC volume to yours. Not a recommendation, just a data point — when one operator goes off the rails, there are demonstrably better-behaved alternatives.

Data-driven. No hype.

Pete that's awful. I'd post the timeline publicly at day 14, not before. Operators monitor the major forums and the smart ones respond to public threads faster than they respond to private tickets. Sad but true.

Not bad, not bad of you to keep it factual so far. Don't editorialize — the timeline is its own argument.

The Curaçao complaint actually works. I've used it twice and both times the operator cashed me out within 72 hours of receiving the complaint notice. They don't want the license review on their record more than they want your 0.018 BTC.

Don't wait. File today. The math is the math; the regulator is the lever.

From the road — sympathies, Pete. The hardest part is the loneliness of it; you're sitting on a phone watching a chat queue spin and feeling like an idiot for trusting the operator. You're not an idiot. The system is supposed to work; sometimes it doesn't. Document and escalate, and don't carry it personally.

Depends which side of the line I'm on this week which regulator I'd lean on, but Curaçao's complaint mechanism is real. Use it.

UPDATE day 11: filed the Curaçao complaint Tuesday morning. Wednesday at 4pm I got an email "your withdrawal has been processed." Funds on-chain Wednesday 4:47pm. No apology, no explanation, just "processed." Exactly what Marcus and Vault predicted.

Funds in wallet now. Thanks everyone — going to write up a clean timeline post for the reviews subforum tomorrow so the next person doesn't have to ask. Small print pays the bills and so, apparently, do regulator complaint forms.
