It’s you against the clock. Knock out your reps, and battle it out on the floor.

FLOWBOX


A three-tiered class with an extended stretch and mobility practice after your lift and strike.

SMARTBOX


Technique class at a slow and focused pace, to learn the fundamentals of strikes and kickboxing for our high energy classes.

BODYBOX - LOWER BODY


A class designed to target the lower body muscle groups while adding traditional kickboxing combos.

BODYBOX - UPPER BODY


A class designed to target the upper body muscle groups while adding traditional kickboxing combos.

X CLASSES


Same great lift and strike classes, just in a 30-minute format. These classes are compact but make no mistake, they still pack a serious punch (pun intended of course). X classes are designed to keep the intensity up so come prepared to sweat!
